 without coins, i mean without change its difficult to travel throughout city. for a five rupee tiket when we give a 10 rs note, the bus conductor or the person concerned will frown at you. why it happens,? where is the all coinns gone? is the govt responsible?

 we have been facing this problem fro around 2 years, but if we ask or queation the authority , they will mark you as maoist. and if the person questioning happened   to be in the names like muhammad, ahammad, ibrahim, then sure they will pounce upon you saying you are terrorist..

what is the real problem behind this issue, we are planning to do  a reasrch,,,
 this is just a prelude, hope god help us to go on...
